10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
